Online workout builders

I'm looking to cut unnecessary costs at the moment so zwift has gone as I'm maybe doing 1 or 2 rides max on the turbo a week so I'm looking for alternatives.
I've got a wahoo element bolt and ideally I'd be able to create a workout file and load it direct into there. Without getting training peaks I don't see how I can do this? Training peaks is about £70 a year so not really justifiable at the moment either.
Any suggestions?

Training Peaks also has a free component where you can save up to 5 custom workouts as well as access a huge library of free workouts.
The only downside is you can only upload the workout on the day you want to do it....cant do it ahead of time.
Very easy to sync and upload to my wahoo element bolt as well.
Used it just yesterday so it still works and is still free

If you have a PC and can spare about $140 I like to use PerfPro:

Just a 1 time purchase. Has its setup quirks but I've been using it for years for my indoor rides. For mobile there is also Indoor Cycling Workout but I found that it would lock up my phone. Building workouts on a phone is finicky too.

Did you read what you quoted?
intervals.icu has analysis and a workout builder and planner.
There is quite a lot of help in the forum. It also shows w'bal on the workout designer graphic so you can see the difficulty of the intervals. Plus you get workload, intensity, etc, etc in the designer view.
