How do you all cope with patches of bad weather? How do you continue training?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

The only things that puts me off riding is properly poor visibility or multiple lightening strikes (or temps below about -15 DegC)
Everything else is fair game and just a matter of the right kit and equipment.

Even deep snow can be fun and good training (Handling, balance, pedalling style, how to fall)
