Curious as to why you want to change the bearings, what are the symptoms, how long did it take to get it there? I have a core too and would like to known about potential issues.

Its not my trainer its my neighbours,he has had it about a year and its grinding noise the bearings are shot.
I have a neo and had to change the bearings on the freehub as it was making a noise.
