Gaining weight "the right way"

OP I would def try and figure out what your objective is. Why do you want to gain weight? To make more power? You might not need to gain weight to do that. It's not like you are a featherweight. Seems more logical to me to build your engine while maintaining your weight and getting enough calories to do that. As someone on the heavier side of cycling (175 x 90) I can say that even with a good amount of muscle (my last squat session was 3x9x138kg) weight is mostly a hindrance on the bike
