A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Title says it all. Has anybody successfully implemented Strava API into Excel or Google Sheets? I would like to build my own training log that has all I need without paying (Trainingpeaks) or spending months learning how to properly use the software (Golden Cheetah). I would really appreciate any pointers to start building this. Thanks!

Veloviewer will pull all in your Strava data and make up an activities list with a CSV export option.
It might do the job you are looking for on its own too though.

surely you can find an open source Excel library that will let you export to a spreadsheet in whatever language you want (ie. https://phpspreadsheet.readthedocs.io/e ... umentation)

The free version of Training Peaks will give you a calendar and training log.

If you want a Performance Management Chart, there's a bunch of them on the internet.

Elevate browser plugin for Strava another toute to look into - adds more stats on top of the regular strava setup and gives a PMC (y)
