Any good threshold training plans on TrainingPeaks?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

Want a bunch of good and interesting ones to do outdoors on my Wahoo Bolt. Some short 1 or 2 week plan that I can just re-use the workouts from. I can't train indoors but want to start doing some power work anyway. Spent too long just messing around - been fun but feeling up for doing a bit of proper work and like seeing the intervals on the head unit. Makes me feel like I'm doing a legit training ride

You say you want to do threshold training, but then say you want to do intervals. There's several different types of threshold training beyond merely doing intervals, so what exactly are you trying to achieve? I think figuring this out first will be much more important than prescribing a random X reps by Y sets with Z recovery interval plan.

Yeah threshold intervals. What's the problem with that. No contradiction there at all.

Just looking for a typical threshold builder plan and they all have intervals. Can you point to one that doesn't :P

Not saying you contradicted yourself. It's just that you said you wanted a threshold training plan (which doesn't have to entail intervals) but then reading your post made me think you had made up your mind on doing intervals. I was wondering if there was a reason why you had chosen intervals as your means of doing threshold training (as opposed to tempo rides or "sweet spot" training).

I don't know if there's a 1 or 2 week plan, but there are other places to look. Fascat has a bunch that can be brought over to trainng peaks.

They often have discounts on the plans too.
