Whey Protein and Creatine .... Who uses it and does it benefit?

A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

I use creatine whist training indoors through the winter as the extra weight doesnt matter so much. I find it helps me recover more quickly and feel like I have that last little bit on an interval. Maybe it's a placebo but its cheap so who cares

i used creatine during weight lifting days. i don't see it as beneficial for cycling. it will put on added weight and cause some hydration issues. as far as whey protein why not simply consumer non-fat greek yogurt. check out the calories and protien profile and its real food not a powder.
