A light bike doesn't replace good fitness.

I have a 4iiii PM I want to keep using, but am sick of using a dumb trainer and want real time feedback from zwift.

Does the KICKR SNAP allow me to take power readings from the 4iii and apply it to zwift. Therefore the KICKR's only job is to provide feedback from the Zwift course, while zwift takes the data from the 4iiii?

Yes, Zwift supports using your powermeter for power and at the same time controlling your smart trainer for feedback from the course.
