Workouts for tapering/peak

Do any of you guys have some good routines for when you're tapering/peaking?

My personal favorite is with this main set:
3x 1 minute 150+% of FTP(5RI)
3x 30 seconds 180+% of FTP(5RI)

Or 6x 3 minute 117-120% of FTP(4-5RI).
If you dream of being famous - think of what birds do to statues.

your 6x3min sounds a bit disproportionated compared with your other workouts
