Just been introduced to pilates by my ballerina sister and am absolutely hooked!
Been a big fan of core work and stretching over the years (as I have scholiosis), and found my recovery time improve accordingly. Any of you guys care to put up any cycling specific routines that you've found helpful.

I absolutely love Pilates. I heard about it for surfing originally.
I don't have a cycling specific routine but I got this beginning Pilates book. I'll look up the name and tell you. I just taught myself from the book, starting like she recommended with the first seven for the first week and after about two months of 4-5 20 minute self sessions a week I felt amazing. For the first tjme in my life I have lines visible on my stomach, I'm way more flexible, I stand straighter.
I'll tell you, it seems pointless even while you are doing it. I mean you feel a tired and shaky stomach, but it really doesn't seem like these weird motions are going to do anything. But if you stick with it I assure you they do.
