2022 Trek Domane SL7 12 Speed Di2 - Headset Noise

This is my first post here. I saw a similar post on here for an older bike. Wasn't quite sure of the final result of that post.
So back in the end of March I bought the subject bike. On the test ride there were no issues. Sweet ride! On my first actual ride I noticed creaking sound on the bike that got louder the longer I rode. I determined it was from the handlebar area. I returned the bike to the shop and they took the headset apart and lubed everything. It still made the noise. They agreed to keep the bike for the weekend and take it apart again. This time they regreased it again and rerouted the brake cables. The shop was sure they got rid of the noise. On my second ride it was even louder. They ended up giving me another bike, identical to the first one. I rode it last night and it has the same noise but not as loud. Generic problem? They have agreed to refund my money. Has anyone else had a noise issue with the 2022 Trek Domane SL7.
