Starbike / weight weenies hacked?

I’ve just had an email from Starbike.com with tracking details for an order I’ve never placed, to the email address I used to sign up here - I use a different email for online shopping. Has there been a data breach?

likewise -- the weird thing is that the link legitimately sends to dhl.de, so I'm not even sure what the goal of this is.
