As a beginner, I've never even heard of SILCA, just took a peek. $800 for a floor pump is fairly steep haha
have you tried riding your bike harder?

Arrogance most of time doesn't go on hand with intelligence.
hmm, did you know that most military generals are arrogant? Read the history of various generals of the Civil war, WW1, WW2, etc and you'll see that will be true with most generals of any country, even going back to ancient and medieval times. Look at major business owners and CEO's, look at inventors, most highly successful people, regardless of career are also very intelligent and most were quite arrogant. Even though arrogant persons tend to have outburst of anger that is a dark approach to success as crazy as that sounds but psychological studies have shown that to be true; another trait is that they can be difficult to deal with because they are always attacking, and when that happens the common person simply gives up and moves on which benefits the arrogant person; and to be a leader you have to be dominant and superior and that is of course a huge trait in the arrogant person So I disagree with what you said...unless you said that in reference to celebrities! LOL!!!

Now think about this, bullies have arrogant tendencies, if you subdue a bully starting in elementary school and onward through the public school system, as they are doing currently in schools, aren't we in effect also subduing the potential of a great leader in some sort of field? And therefore that person will never rise up to where they could have gone? We've always had bullies, some were just punks and never made it anywhere, but some rose up to become leaders, and as much as we don't like bullies we may also be stifling quality future leaders. Just a thought.
