I get the same on the PC and tapatalk.. but it's not consistent. On tapatalk I actually cancel the message and discard, but the post shows anyways.

So i've been checking the forum for a while without reading it.
I think the forum would greatly benefit to transition to discourse which is just a better platform overrall
https://www.discourse.org/
The conversations are laid out way better without pages

So many good things about it. Any admins thought about it ?

I was actually going to propose an architecture change away from phpBB... However I did the maths for a move over to Discourse and I think you'd be looking at 24-30 hours just for the import of the existing posts depending on server spec. That coupled with all the hours spent testing and migrating would be no easy undertaking.
I don't think it has to be either or; I know a lot of communities that have forums and Discords simultaneously. WW forum could be good for pictures and long discussions but Discord can work nicely for just asking a quick question or shooting the shit
As alternative to the installed PHPBB with 3 different templates you can use Tapatalk which has a pretty good user interface imo.
There is no reason at all from our side to change any architecture as we have lot of possible problems and not really a value (the small earnings from this board just outweight all the manpower/costs we have to maintain this site. Furtherly there is always some risk in the air due to copyright violations etc).

Discourse has awful UX. Forums have pages for a reason. phpBB is not my personal favourite but it does what it needs to do.moistcamel wrote: ↑Mon Jun 13, 2022 9:44 amSo i've been checking the forum for a while without reading it.
