Thanks but for the tyre clearance I dont think 50c will fit on the Nextie rims. I have the Overlands in 40 mm which are about 42-43 mm on that rim.

yeah I'm aware pretty much any tire ends up wider on the nexties, that's why I went with thunderos in 44mm nominal width. they should blow out to almost 47mm i think
If I like them, I might try thunderos 48mm in the future to get up to 50mm wide

I'm running Thundero 48s (HD) on super wide rims that measure out to 50mm. Loads of space.

Hi all,

I am much considering a Noah but the sizing is giving me quite some headache.
Gravel wise I come from a Trek Checkpoint Alr and the Noah geometry is completely different. I am 183-ish with an inseam of 88 and currently ride a size 56 with slammed stem and an 100mm stem.
From geometry geeks I could go for a 54 with ~20mm stem spacers or a 56 with slammed but short stem.
My current set-up on the Trek is relatively new and not finally adjusted - looking for a good compromise between comfort and sport.

Anybody else here around my size and what have you chosen?

I'm 182 and run a 54 with a 100mm stem. Probably my most comfortable geometry bike.

@SEDK, I think with your preference for a shorter reach the smaller bike might be the better choice. 20mm of spacers is OK. The only strong opinion I have about gravel bikes is that toe overlap is a crime punishable by death. My guess is that the 4mm difference in length between the two won't be a deal-breaker in this regard. FWIW I am the same height with same inseam as you, but I would be better with the bigger frame due to my preference for longer reach.

the nexties arrived today after a long month and a half of waiting...
these rims are shockingly wide in person woah!
very good finish and they weigh 1447g, not too shabby

almost there with my build, now waiting for black friday to get the last parts
