Saw this at Eurobike. I have no reason to need this but god I want one

Huh, I am liking this one as well. What are disadvantages versus proper gravel bike with drop bar? Aero penalty, sth else? Different geometry? I guess you can achieve same fit with one or the other or no? Rolling resistance? Some MTB tires can be pretty fast I guess and for sure very comfortable.

For me one disadvantage is flat bars are wider hence it takes more space in my (small) basement.

I feel like I'm missing something. Why not go all the way and get a MTB? This seems to go against the spirit of gravel
