GRX replacement pulleys

Was pondering geting some fancy replacement pulleys for my GRX derailleur.
I bought a bike a couple years ago with Kogels.
Can you put on 12/14T (slightly oversize) without issue?
Is there a downside to aluminum pulleys?
My gravel rides are dusty AF so I need something that doesn't foul them up too.

I have some of the free kogel 12/14s on my wife's GRX Di2. They work fine and look great.
