I'm a big fan of the Pro Gravel Comfort tape. Plush, but not crazy thick (3mm), especially if you wrap it pretty tight and create some overlap. It's pretty light too, at only 120g.

I'm a big fan of the Enve bartape.

I also use Fizik, it's more durable than the Enve... but certainly not as plush.

I'm using Supercaz supercush and like it. Previously had Lizard Skin that was 3.2 mm thick and it just didn't hold up well at all, got less than a season out of it and that was after retaping it a few times as it kept moving. My wife has been running the same tape and it's holding up very well, she has easily 5,000 miles on a tape job.

zipp service course cx is one of the best and in particular for gravel. BBB flexribbon is very similar without logos and price. 3T Prendo tough heavier but also excellent alternative. 3T prendo speed is lighter option. All of these are very good and a lot better than average bar tape. And no need for double wrapping with any of these options.

I've tried a lot of different tapes and quite frankly there isn't a whole lot of difference in vibration comfort between the ones I've tried looking for the holy grail of vibration damping. I did a lot of searching on the internet, find a tape that was reviewed as the best for comfort, buy it and be disappointed. So instead, I now go more toward price, and use whatever cork tape I can buy, usually I get Cinelli since it's widely available, but last year I purchased a set of Cinelli anti vibration pads that go on top of the handle bar and the Cinelli cork tape goes over that, that seems to work better than expensive anti vibration tape by itself did, plus it doesn't make the handlebar fatter in diameter which for me hurts my hands to ride on fatter handlebars.
