Looking to build a rear wheel with a 135 mm X 12mm thru axle rear hub.
I'm looking through the Internet but struggle to find anything.
It's either 135 mm x 10 mm Qr'S or 142 x 12 mm thru axle.
Please enlighten me on this one

Last time I looked, DT Swiss seemed to have an end cap for just about every scenario.

You could always take a 12x142 hub and remove 3.5mm from both ends caps. The extra width is only there to engage the alignment features on a 12x142 frame. The true distance the dropouts is still 135mm.
I went to my lbs today.
They have a few rear hubs that are 142 mm. WE took them apart, and the axle itself is 140 mm without end caps, so it would mean removing also material from the axle (in the case of the hub models I saw).
I'm checking with a Hope Pro (#?) hub model now with the lbs. They have a Qr model, but Hope does have Axle conversion kits, maybe I can get one for this hub...
The Novatec option at Bob Dopolina's is only 32h. Doesn't fit my rims.

I wondered about that possibility for some hubs. Not really a big deal but I get that a modification like that isn’t everyone

I would prefer the 6 bolt option BX201R as I already have some light 6 bolt discs here. BIkehubstore has the front hub BX201FG but not the rear one
