Anyone have bottom bracket creaks on their Addict? 222 miles on mine now and the BB has started to creak.

Mine was creaking from around 100km. And I always wash my bikes softly. Have changed the praxis BB (and crank at the same time) for Shimano PressFit BB and Ultegra crank with PowerMeter. Since then, all is good.

Just finished my Addict Gravel build. I decided to go with the Metrix 10 route, stripped the parts and build it up with Ultegra 8100, carbon wheels, Spesh S-Works Pathfinder tyres, 3T Superergo bar and Selle Italia SLR boost saddle. The hardest part was to find a matching bartape :D .

Went for a ride this weekend and it went away. Sorted itself out somehow I guess.

I'm thinking when replacement time comes, I'm going to go with BB Infinite.

Thanks.

I ended up purchasing a WTB Gravelier. I'll keep this one in mind.

Addict Gravel starts to be in the intended shape. Groupset 2x Shimano 105 Di2. Power meter Power2Max. Wheels Nextie 45AGX and tyres Continental GP 5000 AS TR 35 mm (37 mm installed). After two short test rides I think this setup will be great for basic gravel and asphalt riding. On the more difficult gravel roads/paths 45 mm tyres will be used.

Looks great - considering putting GRX Di2 on mine, how did you manage to secure the battery in the seatpost?

The Di2 battery is located in the seatpost using a battery holder. Although it was sold as being compatible with this seatpost, I think inserting the battery to the seatpost was a tight fit. So tight in fact that it'll probably be a pain to remove the battery if and when this becomes necessary. I can't think the battery could slip when it is this tight.

Did you use the standard rubber battery holder for 27,2mm round seat posts? Or the intended one specialy for Duncan seat post?
Can one get away with it, by just using normal round batery holder?

The battery holder was sold as Scott Battery Holder Di2 for Syncros D-Shape Seatpost and it was told to be compatible with Addict Gravel from model year 2022. To me it looked pretty round but it did fit into the seatpost. The holder is quite flexible and I think it can probably be used with different seatposts. For all I know this may be just a standard battery holder.

Picked up the new Addict Gravel 40, with 12 speed GRX, a couple of weeks ago. It looks orange in pictures, is described as orange, but in reality is a really nice Coral colour with a bit of shimmer. Seems I am destined to own bikes that don’t show the real colour in pictures - my sapphire ice Cervelo S5 is the same.

Changed some bits. Added a 50/34 Dura Ace 9200 chainset, Hunt Carbon Gravel Race 40 wheels, XT rotors and some Roval Terra 40cm carbon bars. Chunked off some weight til I added the Specialized Pathfinder Pro 47mm monster truck tyres at 600+ grams per tyre 😳 Bike is pretty much bang on 8.9kg ready to ride (elite cages, Favero Assioma duo pedals and Wahoo mount on the bike) which ain’t bad.

As for the ride. I am utterly loving this thing. May be the most impressed I have initially been with a new bike and I’ve had a good few top end bikes - yet this is actually the base model.feels great on the road, with only the more relaxed fork angle giving it away as a gravel bike, but feels utterly superb on the trails. Pretty happy haha.

Cheers

Nice bike. Have Gravel 30 from last year. 12 speed GRX? Not 11 speed? It is Di2 or mechanical?
