I guess unless you find somebody with the exact same tire/wheel combination it'll be difficult to know. My 43mm SKs come out a lot wider (around 47mm) on my Farsports gravel wheels, but those are 26mm or something like that internal width...on your wheels I'd expect the tires to be closer to their "listed" width.

Mhh, when I bought my first CX bike some years ago I initially ran tubes on 35mm tires at around 3 bars and that seemed to be enough to avoid pinch flats but I would not have gone much lower (I was around 82kg at the time).
In any case, for gravel tubeless is definitely the better choice, because you can run lower pressures and for better puncture protection.

Bicyclerollingresistance has a test and they report measured width on 19c (IIRC) rims
The Gravelking SS rocks as a rear tire but it is not good at all in front. Keep it in mind. Best.
