New wheels or rims for my 38C gravel bike, upgrade from Bontrager Paradigm Elite... actually, do i need to upgrade?

The spirit of Grav-lo-cross. No but seriously, cyclocross and gravel go here!

Hello team.

I have my Factor LS on Force AXS, with Bontrager Paradigm Elite wheels. Running 38C Panaracer Gravelking SS (semislick) 38C

If i ride this bike i either do

a) DRY (as gravel bike) = 70% gravel/unpaved, 30% road
b) WET (as 2nd tier road with fenders) = 95% road

They are around 1000 USD price

24 spokes
25mm internal, 32mm external width aluminium rims with hooks
Hubs i think are built by Formula, rear has 108T, and bearings are very smooth.
straight pull
DT aerolite spokes
total weight bit around 1680g?

They have acceptable design, good stiffness but considering to eventually upgrade in the future either. The 108T ratchet is so sweet!

a) now
b) just when i brake some of the rims > here is question how hard to to damage the rim

If i purchase new rims, considering Light Bicycle, something around 35mm height.

Have anyone of you came across similar decision making?
