Why?
If you use another crank brand like THM, you can selec a big range of rings sizes
The Spe limitations refers to a complete group, I think

Oh, I didn't realize you were using the THM crank. Yes, their limitations refer to the complete group.

Do yo have enought clearance with the frame?

Looking super nice!
6.7 is so light. Mine is 7.4 in a very light build. Quite a big gap.

Thanks! I went with the xpedo's after seeing them on your Open build. Mine creak like crazy. Do yours? Any tips to reduce the noise?

Thanks for the compliment! The rings are a subcompact 48/31. Unlike GRX, which has two different chainrings, this is a single machined ring made by Rotor. There's plenty of tire clearance left, even running 700x44. I'll post some pics later today.

Appreciate it! I tried to get the build as low as possible. I even gave up on using an 11-34 because of the weight penalty (plus, I like to climb...). Took forever to source the parts but ultimatly, I think it was worth it.

For me is important the clearance betewen rings and chainstay more than tires
I will use 700x38C tires
I want to instal rotor oval rings 50x34
