critique my partial WW build?

Especially for light weight issues concerning cyclocross / touring bikes & parts.

The 1x11 road mechs (Apex 1, Rival 1, Force 1/CX1) will shift 10 and 11s cassettes up to 46t. I'm running 10-42 and 9-46 11x on these.
Ooooh! Nice. That n-46 is my goal, if i can get to it. Would you mind saying exactly which RD you have (mode/cage len/10-or-11)?
I have 3 long cage Force 1 (1x11, road levers) mechs and 1 X01 (1x11, MTB shifter) rear derailleur.

I also used to have a Rival 1 long cage. They all can shift a 10-42 by spec, and all can take the 9-46 too.

(My 9-46 is pretty worn - got it used for v. cheap -, but with the correct chain length and b-screw adjustment I don't get any skipping. Would not be an issue with a new cassette anyway.)

There's also the cheap Apex 1 rear derailleur that will work just the same as the ones above.

I also use a 9-32 for road-only rides on these setups.

Thank you for the info. The X01 I've got is from the 10 speed group, because that had the right pull ratio to use it with road shifters, where the 11 needed the MTB shifter like you're running. It sounds like your 11 speed X01 can handle 6T more than my 10 speed one by spec, so I guess I'll have to see how it works out. With the extender in the picture, I'm hopeful.
