Mavic Allroad Pro Carbon SL
Moderator: Moderator Team
I’m looking for feedback on the Mavic Allroad Pro Carbon SL wheelset; how they work, reliability, and what is their actual weight. Thanks!

I found these online for $1,155.00 USD for both so I ordered a pair. That price is the same as the rear wheel alone!

They wouldn’t honor the price and now the refund processing is dragging out weirdly long when the owner said it would take 24 hours. I don’t mind the former that much but stalling a refund is pretty sh!tty. Avoid at all costs.

Does anyone know the external width of the 700c set?
Focus Izalco Max - 4.84kg without pedals
Cervélo Áspero - 8.28kg
Trek Madone SLR Rim - 7.73kg
Standert Triebwerk Disc - 8.47kg

I have the AL version and like them very much. Have stayed true thus far and no problems with the hubs, which is good given Mavic's poor reputation in this area.
Also like the tires they came with. Nice riding and easy to mount.

With OEM rim tape and valves: 1480g for the set.
Just getting them rolling so too soon tell on the reliability.
