Frameset suggestions

So I’m in the market for a new frameset mainly for touring/bikepacking. I have a CAADX that I use for road and gravel but I would like another bike with a little more comfort while still being fun to ride.

The bike shouldn’t be to slow on the road and also be able to handle the occasional single track.

Preferably it’ll take 100/135 qr so I can switch my wheelsets around. Budget up till 900ish euro and I’m based in the EU.

Do you have any suggestions? So far I have looked at the Bombyrack Arise 2.

Dolan GX1? Within your budget, but I'm pretty sure it uses thru axles F & R, so couldn't use your existing QR wheels.
