Looking to build a Campy 1x whip (rim brake)

Use will be riding around town with my girlfriend, visiting friends/family, some rail trails or hard-pack and maybe the odd ride in to work. Nothing intentionally "gravel" per-se... but not necessarily smooth tarmac either.

I have some parts already:

Wheels: Easton R90SL rims laced to DT 240s hubs (28/24).
Crank: Athena Ultra Torque 5-arm Carbon, with a 42T NW chainring
Rear Derailleur: Potenza 11 medium cage
Shifters: Potenza 11

Frame choice will dictate tyre width and brakes type (cantilever, direct mount or standard mount), as well as stem/bar/post setback.

Suggestions...? :beerchug:

What's your budget? Do you have a preference for a particular material? Will be interested to hear how the 1x with the campy gear goes, I have Athena 2x on my rim brake cross/commuter bike that I have thought about swapping to 1x.

I have had two bikes on 1x11 campagnolo. I use a rotor chainset on one but now with shimano disc brakes and RD and the other has a Look ZED3 chainset. both use Record 11 speed. Well one does not now. For campagnolo1x chrings for 135 BCD or 110 BCD compact Garbaruk are one of the only companies that will make such a ring and even then you have to ask them.

Its always worked fine but spacing the chainring inward is a good idea.
