Raleigh Willard 3 Full Strip Down

In the pursuit of truth I will be stripping my new Raleigh willard 3 down to every piece before rebuilding , with some alterations. The Raleigh Willard was an extremely attractive option for what I call gravel, which really a mix of road , gravel and single track. I'll be taking delivery tonight and hope to have everything up in the next day or two.

I'll be receiving a Willard 4 in a few days and I believe that the Willard 3 and 4 share wheels and frames, so I'm interested, too. The bike will be a warranty replacement for an aluminum Redline Conquest Pro on which the right seatstay snapped off where it was welded to the bottom bracket. From what I've read online, I should expect the bike to weigh about 10.5kg out of the box with HED Tomcat rims, 40mm X'Plor MSO tires, Shimano 105, and TRP Spyres. Your efforts will be appreciated...
