Mix & Match cassette

I have an almost new R8000 11-30 cassette but want to change to 11-32. I can get hold of the 3 cog carrier (25-28-32) for the 32T cassette so is it possible to swap this with the one from the 30T cassette? It does introduce a 4T jump in the cassette which I can live with.

I'd end up with the following

11-12-13-14-15-17-19-21-25-28-32

Shifting will suffer a lot in that big gap as the ramps won’t lineup anymore.
