I would go for either Easton EC90SL or Rotor Aldhu.
Both offer 46/30.
Rotor has an option between 2 axle lengths.
Just pick the right one, in case of Rotor.

As a spinner, on my gravel bike I use a SRAM 901 crank, with Carbon-Ti rings of 40/24.
That bike has 3 pairs of wheels, 700x25 road tires with a 11-23 cassette, 700x35 gravel with a 11-32, and even 27.5x2.2 Rocket Rons with a 11-36. Solves all my gearing problems.

Ultegra 8000 will cover it perfectly.
I also like a double for gravel- I run a 34/50 and an XTR 11-40 cassette. GS Ultegra covers this perfectly- I will be moving to the cluth derailleur as soon as it is availavle.
FWIW- I did a gravel race yesterday. Many riders were struggling on climbs because they were over-geared due to 1x shifitng systems.
By the last climb- Many were wallking (there were multiple distances so the walkers were from the shorter events).
idk about the cage length though. for sure the rated capacity of the r8000 gs is 37 and you ostensibly need 45. having run 46-36 x 11-40 with a 5800 gs rated to 37 as well (which is only 10t) different on the front i feel like you are for sure going to get somewhat sloppier shifting and less chain tension, especially when on the little ring and not at the top of the block. the clutch may help with that but 37 is much less than 45!

I’m leaning towards the Eastons as they allow round rings. Not entirely sold on non-round rings.

Kent Eriksens spider (BCD 110) is as i understood, optimized for 12*142 (my setup 46.5-47mm).
Perfect! Zero chaindrops, no chainslaps and perfect shifting under rough condistions
Not even one single rub scratch at the chaincatcher!

Easton 30/46 and 32/47 were announced mid April. Have a look at the Sugino OX901D. Uses 110BCD for the big ring and 74BCD for the small ring. Available in tooth combinations from 52-36 down to 44-30, or even smaller if you want to fit your own chainrings, uses the same 24mm axle as Shimano cranks, and Q factor is about 25mm less than XTR. Well, i was all set to go single ring but the bike i was planning to modify to that end came with 34-50 and 11-32 and for the feel i was after it seems pretty much spot on. I guess if i went single ring it would be 44t But since for me this is both my recovery day, and steep-hills-with-groceries gravel bike I may just end up keeping it as is. I don't at all feel the need for smaller jumps, like, at all. 8speed for life! or whatever.
it's actually possible to come to the conclusion even before realising it makes no sense at all

Does anyone have an Easton EC90 SL crankset fitted? As I have a metal plate on the inside of my ankle none I need to know how much clearance I’ll have compared to my current Campagnolo UT crank set up.
The measurement is across the cranks at the axle.
