Is is possible to run a XT or XTR di2 front mech with a CX chainset 39-46T or even 39-50T?
The specs say the FD can handle a 10T difference but is there a maximum chainring size it can handle?

Thanks

tested on road cranks:
48 / 34
but they have some rubbing
to avoid rubbing you have to fix chainline

use road cranks with wider axle to increase chainrings chainlines
or
use Eccentric Front Mech Shim 28.6 to 34.9 to reduce fd chainline
or
use modified Direct Mount Adapter to reduce fd chainline

where did you find 46t for 46-39? is it 46-36 or 46-39 specific chainring?
