Ibis Hakka MX Force call for recommendations!

Hi -- very excited to get my Hakka MX (with the cheapest Force 1x configuration). I'd love to hear recommendations for:

a) how to think about fitting a gravel bike -- not exactly like the road/crit bike, but how much different should it be?
b) inexpensive thoughts about moving to make it lighter over time -- limited budget, but what to save up for?
c) managing the wheel releases -- currently I need to carry two long-handled hex wrenches, so what are my options for replacing with lever/no-tool thru-axles?
