It was obviously built for speed and comfort on the CX course.

Yes, I am finding that a hard bridge to cross. I have seen one in the flesh and it looks better in real life.

Like all the CX bikes was. Canyon wanted (IMO) to be "different", but didn't find the right way for it  This thing is exceptionally ugly. I'm judging from seeing it in person, not just images.

If I can't look at it, I can't ride it . "Style is everything" ;)

same but different. It's not the first bike to have that kinked top tube design.

true, but the rest look much better. Lighter visually.
Don't remember brand ( American ? ) , bike from 2015-ish I believe with even longer kink, but thin tubed- that one I even liked.

Canyon IMO seems to be -from design point of view-"overengineered" . I'm sure many will like it, but not me.

I just bought the 9.0 with double Rotor front chainrings. I plan to use it for a road bike mainly. I was drawn to it for the styling. It looks badass. I like beautiful road bikes, but a muscular badass design like this has me signed up. It arrives tomorrow!

Does anyone know the bb drop for this bike? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I've seen it in real life. It's alright. The look is distinctive, but I certainly wouldn't say it's attractive, by any stretch of the imagination.

Sorry, it's attractive for the street price - $1600 (& $200 in free stuff from Performance Bike)for a decent quality carbon Force/Ultegra bike makes it look quite attractive.

Sorry, no idea on the weight.

@eric$, the B.B. drop is about 67mm according to my tape measure (large).

I cannot give an honest answer yet. I just came back from a business trip and brought back sickness as a souvenir. I did manage to get it out briefly a night before I left. The Schwalbe cross tires rolled surprisingly well on pavement. I may get it out today, depending on how I feel and weather. As you can see, I have swapped over to 28c road tires. I will be able to give a better answer of road feel with those.
