What´s the thing with shoes in fridge?

1. The freezer was full
2. To mess with newbs watching the show
3. Possibly the cold inhibits the growth of bacteria

Some shoes have internal sock which molds to feet shape when taken off of the fridge and wear immediately. I had Spiuk's with such sock while ago, so maybe that ?

Not sure about that but he has been noticeably absent this season. Wonder if he took a hiatus from cycling to finish law school.

He hasn't raced for Rapha Focus since 2013. And hasn't raced a full CX season since 2015.

Its also likely he was a "pro" cyclist.
