I am looking to have cantilever bosses brazed onto an old alloy frame and have the bike repainted (just a basic 1 color job).
Can anyone recommend a place that can do this?
Need someone to braze bosses: recommendations?

You'd have to ship the bike up to WA state, but Olympia area framebuilder Corey Thompson does great custom repair work.
