Moderator: Moderator Team
I tweeted this out to fizik but they don't seem to monitor:

@fizikofficial what do you recommend for repair glue? Epoxy, Shoegoo, something else? M5B didn't survive my 2nd #cross race.
Any suggestions guys?

Not going to be easy to repair that,
The Boa has broken where it has been stitched into the shoe upper, the jagged break is where the plastic has been pierced by the needle when it has been sewn in to the upper construction, you can see the stitches in the shoe upper. dependent on the upper construction and if you can get a new BOA unit from Fizik then a good shoe repairer may be able to bond and stitch it back in.
Other than that, a strong impact adhesive and some strong dyneema or shoe waxed thread, sewn through what appear to be two large holes at the top of the boa clamp might hold as a temporary fix, but you might have to take the hit and replace them unless Fizik are willing to warranty it and replace.

Call BOA directly, they should be able to do a warranty repair but you’ll have to mail the shoes into them.
From boafit web:
"You can order a free repair kit under The Boa Guarantee and repair your gear at home. The repair kits include replacement laces and dials compatible with your system."

Yes, and it works great for replacing broken/faulty cables, spools, dials. HOWEVER, nothing in the repair kits that boa sends will help re-attach the base of the boa to the shoe, like shown in the OP's photo.
"If it ain't broken, it could be lighter"

With a phone call to BOA, you can send the shoe in for repair
