At that price, I'd be more inclined to pay a little extra for a Giant Revolt Advanced frameset or similar in that price range.

I used to say that as well until I purchased the Park Tool IR-1.2 Internal Routing Kit which makes the task much easier with frames. In a thread on Di2 routing in handlebars, a poster indicated that a vacuum cleaner could be used to route a length of string to the desired point, but in terms of a frame, I suspect that would require temporarily taping up holes so there is adequte suction.

I used the "cheapo" one from Lifeline, but the problem would likely be the same on Parktool - too tight in the bar due to Garmin mount holes 🥺

Ah, I feel your pain having spent nearly 3-hours trying to route Di2 cables inside an Enve SES Aero bar. Was dead set on using the dedicated Di2 port holes at the bends only to finally realize that it was not going to be possible given angle at which the holes were molded and the contortions required to turn the connector back into the hole.

Yeah... spent lot of time to route hydro hoses in the bar... and when I got those throught I discovered that routing the rear brake hose from the front to the back was a PAIN.
These cable routing tools need some updates - like instead of a magnet they should use a magnet AND a thread to connect the two parts. Would help alot.

How common is it for open mold framesets to still come with 15x100 forks?
