Flat-mount brakes, IsoSpeed fork and headset, and it looks like the Di2 components will be in the downtube (ala Domane). Finally, T/A's, front and rear.

Thanks FIJIGabe.

I love this picture:

According to my local TREK bike shop - "After speaking further with HO this morning I was able to ascertain that Trek will release the MY2018 Boone on 31st August, with all info updated on the Trek websites on this date."

The website still hasn't been updated, but it is available on the internal site.

I was told today that the price of the frameset will be about $2200.

The TREK website is now showing the 2018 Boone: https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/bike ... ne/c/B241/

It appears only the frameset is available in 61cm.

And no geometry link. Will it be the same geometry as the 2017 frame?

Looks like Trek just came out with a Domane Gravel, which has 35c . Trek says it'll take a 32c, but then stock mounts 35cs on the same frame and fork. I've seen 37mm as the largest.

Yeah, I saw that a couple of weeks ago. The interesting thing is that it's the same price as the Domane SL5 Disc, but has better shifters (685's vs. the 505's) and calipers (805 Flat Mount vs. 505 Flat Mount). All in all, I'd take the SL5 Gravel and switch tires, than take the SL5.

Bringing this one up again. Has anyone compared frame(set) weights of the new Boone vs the old one? Not that it is easy to find old framesets but rather wait for one rather than getting a heavy new one ;)
