Gravel/CX frame recommendations?

Especially for light weight issues concerning cyclocross / touring bikes & parts.

I'm thinking about replacing my now-nearly-ancient KHS CX200.

I was hoping for a frame that could satisfy as many as possible of the below, which I've put in rough order of priority:
  • 1. Internal routing of all brake cables. I don't mind a tiny bit of cable out of view under the stem, but I'd like a clean bike otherwise.
    2. Seat stays meeting the seat tube at the top tube. I'd prefer to avoid the shearing/hobbling look (even though an actual issue is not likely)
    3. Round seatpost/seat tube. I'd like to use some of my current seat posts. 27.2" is preferable but others could be OK.
    4. If somehow all the above are satisfied, reasonably light weight
Thanks all! I think I've been able to find frames that satisfy everything except #2, but I'd really prefer to have a more-traditional and more-structural bike at the seat stay/top tube area.

Thanks! ...but those seem to have external routing? Did I misconstrue some of the pics?

The new Orbea Terra?

Nearly meets point 2, does meet the rest. No idea if there's a frameset option available.
