Long story short I would not place an order till you know someone has gotten their frameset.

Any reason for the delay?

Well, seeing how they already have my money...what's there hurry?

That or they are just running a scam ring.

Have you chased up the order? Have you asked for a tracking number?

Didn't have any issue myself when I bought my carbon rims from them.

Here is a word on the weight claims.

I have visted and talked to over 6-7 of these manufacturers (who support dozens of trading companies that market these US$4XX frames). They use pretty much the same manufacturing process, and pretty much the same material (with very minor variations). There is no incentive for them to use any carbon better than T700. THis is similar to the fake LV bags.

Plus they do not have the lay-up knowledge for more sophisticated fibers. So T700 it is. No exception.

So regardless of the claim (900, 950, 1000, 1050, 1200), it will all end up depending on the frame design and paint and generally will not vary that much. If it's an aero frame with large tubing, chances of it being less than, say 1150g is basically none.

Now I'm told I can choose to have the 3k weave shipped today or wait till hell freezes over for the UD finish frame. What a b!tch.

I told Jane to ship me the 3k weave. I'm ready to build this bike already.

Anyone know if the seat clamp on the fm039 would fit on a litespeed C-series? The seat mast looks to be of a similar shape. I need to replace mine but don't want to pay the exorbitant price FSA charges for a new one.
