campy only has steel lockring for their 11t cassette. weighs 16 grams. So that's 11 grams savings if i replace it with alloy lockring

thanks for the feedback. I would like to know if it is an aluminum lockring. How much does it weigh? also, i'm using campy 11-23 cassette on a campy freehub body wheelset. will it fit perfectly? Sorry for asking again. Just want to be sure before i order. Thanks :D

Welcome here, check out the rest of the site. It's Weight Weenies, for most of us here 5 gr. saved is 5 gr. saved.

You're correct. I don't care about 5g or even 20g. It's all the small amounts you save in strategic places that'll add up in the end. It's key to building a light or reasonably light bike without sacrificing durability.
