Why would you order from a crapsite like that in the first place? As a general rule, I never order from sites that don't specialize in bike stuff.

That is so lame when that happens ... I have been burned out of 2400.00 once from a transmission shop In Louisiana . Megacraptor transmissions.

Should we bombard them with email ??

If my wife leaves me Iam going to buy my clavicula crank set !!!! And some zero gravity and some Reynolds dv ul !!! Wow, I thought this was going to be bad!

I dealt with all3sports before. Called them up to make sure product was in stock which I was told it was. Ordered online minutes after the phonecall to make sure they got my address etc. all correct instead of hoping they hear me perfectly on the phone.

Expected to get product within 3 days, damn wasn't even shipped out until 4 days after I ordered it! WTF. Won't be dealing with them again. Sounds like the reamed your ass on that seat too.

We should compile a thread of online sites never to do business with.

Not taking a picture as proof or evidence is silly though too tbh.
I'd never ever trust anyone as regards my very money through a simple phone call.

That has to be one of the most ignorant comments I have read on this forum.

First of all, I wasn't being completely serious. Hence the smiley. Second of all, why do you think it's such an ignorant idea? Thanks to Superlite's post, now I know not to buy from all3sports.com.

If you're going to deride other people's posts, maybe you should say why.

First, I am sorry to hear what happened to Superlite... but to compile a thread of online sites never to do business with again. I'm sure there are people who can share examples of horror stories for just about any online retailer. Perhaps Superlite dealt with an ignorant employee who was a poor reflection of the customer service the company/owner stands for; we'll never really know, but should we be so quick to pass such harsh judgement? Should we really come together and make the group decision to never deal with this company? Be realistic...

Lots of other sites have froums where it is possible to comment on stores and i have never seen any problems there.

Generally if has had a bad experience with a store however it is not typical then there are usually plenty of people who will pipe up set the record straight so it all works out right in the end.

I purchased a Fizik Aliante Carbon saddle from them without any issue.

I don't think it's ignorant at all. One of the roles of this forum is to educate and inform, as well as discuss and learn.

If there are dodgy operators out there, then it should be shared to warn others. I do agree against open slandering of retailers - but if there is a consistant pattern of bad service then by all means it should be brought to everyone's attention!!!

Do you remember who you spoke with? If it wasn't Patrick, I'd call back and ask for him. He should take care of you if you approach him like a respectable person with a legitimate complaint.

I bought a Cervelo P3 from all3sports, based, in part, on their sizing recommendation. Before building it up, I went to a pro fitter, who told me I should get a size larger.

all3sports shipped me out the larger size within a day and reimbursed me for returning the original bike. I offered to eat the shipping, but they actually insisted on reimbursing me. I dealt with the owner, so maybe it just depends on who you get.

Now that I see the previous post -- it was Patrick who I dealt with.
