Yes, TARE is our guy :thumbup:

We made a composite mould from the original part and used M40J fibers to produce a stiff part, and it turned out really nice. It is for the <4kg bike project from TARE

Early doors Sram red 22 with integrated hanger.
The project is further along than these photos suggest and will update shortly. Currently working on the nylon bushings and carbon pivot pins+Circlips

The idea is to use the stock inner parallelogram arm (will be tuned) on the spring carrier cage/elbow(custom springs) and build everything else out from that.

Threaded insert for cable clamp bolt (L168 threaded M4) (7075 bolt max torque 3nm.)

glad to see people engage with this again. Not something I'd do but this is truely some next level stuff. Looking forward to more details and long term feedback as I know you will beat the heck out of it and are fine pushing things to the limit in race conditions.

Ended up deciding to machine some alloy inserts which will be bonded into the mech and the big flanges will provide some QR clamping surface
