Hi fellow weenies,
Looking at pedals. I have head that the weight of Speedplay cleats defeat some of the weight advantages of the X series pedals. Does anybody agree, disagree with that? Does anybody know what the combined weight of pedal and cleat is or just the weight of a single cleat?

220g for both pedals and cleats, 200g with my inserts. They are lighter then pretty much everything, um... I think. :wink:
