Might be the ugliest product in recent memory.
Reminds me of the old cinelli spinachi's... well, not really in shape, but in intent.

wow! those are definitely extremely odd-looking. the handrest is probably the weirdest-looking part - almost makes me want to get some just because it would trip people out. I can just imagine them thinking "WTF is growing out of the front of that guy's bars?!?"
can you say ITU?
I know this is hard for us (cyclists) to understand but.......... we're being over taken by tri-geeks. They have more money than us (cyclists), buy more than us (cyclists), make more money than us (cyclists), and there are more of them than us (cyclists).
Don't think I'm right................ go to a triathlon and stop you bike bike count for all bikes over $10,000 at 200. Go to a cycling race and stop your head count at a 100, if it gets that high. Tell me who you'd rather sell stuff to.
Taylor made for the people most people with the most money.

These bars are directed towards the ITU guys (olympic distance triathlon pro ranks) that have to follow the ITU rules and most likely to the triathlete that also owns more than one bike, like me. These bars have potential for sure but their first tri at them is a bit of a miss.
If they had done their homework and maybe flipped over to Slowtwitch where this design has been banged around for years, they could have done a bit better job.

I am very sure that he was infact using the new Zefiro drop bars but will I am not 100 % sure I think he was using the mount from either the Ventus or Brezza bars mounted on top of the drop bars. I would bet some money that these parts are interchangeable.
So Zefiro yes and Hybrid yes

I really like those handlebars!
Imagine these bars mounted on a Ridley Noah with Zipp 1080!!!
Can I use them on UCI road races?

They come in multiple sizes: 42, 42, and 42.

Not for UCI mass start events with the clip-ons (or screw-ons) mounted. Clip-ons were banned by UCI for mass start events a long time ago. But for UCI TT's you can.
Sorry to drag up an old thread. I'm looking at these bars as I do the odd tri. Will they be UCI legal for mass start if you remove the clip on part?
