TCR's are always good starting point for a WW bike (I have one too) and are great even <i>stock</i>, as yours appears to be .. be encouraged to know there are some TCR owners on this site with 5kg TCR's. First to go for me was the honker seatpost!

Weight is around 7.1kg with these wheels... Could be lighter (I even have Pavé tubulars!), but I want it to be comfortable and reliable on our Belgian crappy roads... I have pics on my other computer, which I can't access now...
