Price is ~same and weight in under/or ~100g more.
I'll bet CR1 is bit stiffer due to bigger diameter tubeset.
But Look has better fork and many like it's traditional look more.

K-sword bar is not a flexy, but it is elastic in vertical direction. It is hard to explain, but it works fine and I like the shape of those ITM bars. Stem is a super stiff and heavy (184g/12cm). So the K-Sword compo is not best possible WW stuff, but if it's suitable for Valverde ( even when He sprints )then it is Ok for me.
But after all K-sword bar and stem fits nice to 585 frame...
