Know the dealer the topic starter bought it from (bikediscount.de) they are reliable and I would ship it straight back. Knowing the Scott shipping boxes there is no way a frame could be damaged at this spot.

The Frame is shipping back tomorrow, also bikediscount replied to my email and told me if the crack was theirs or maybe Scott's fault they would send me a 2008 Addict.

When i was closing the box for return, i noticed the isp barely fitted into the box it came in.

R1's were yellow....ltd was black and red (and grey/white)....well, 07 was anyway.
