I found this in a search. Will it work like a Schmolke?
I found it here

I'm sorry for the confusion. This is the right one!
Evans cycles won't retirn my e-mails. Has anyone experience with them?

Wow, popa, props to you! You are going after this light topcap issue like a runaway train. :)
What is it, a 2-part expander with a grommet to cover the bolt? It doesn't look like it's made to cinch on its own against the steerer shaft. I wonder what it weighs; is it all carbon or alloy/carbon?

I'm not sure what it weighs or how it works. They haven't answered my e-mail. Maybe I'll e-mail them again. If it does work like the Schmolke it might be tuned and it certianly would cost less.
