I bought two frames from bellatisport and all i can say is EXCELLENT!!! He answers emails the very next day and they have very good price.

All of my bits arrived in top shape, well packed and pretty impressive delivery times. My white saddle was a bit marked though, which I'm sure will come out with some cleaner... it's a white saddle, I'm going to get used to keeping it clean!

BTW, got Deda Newton stem, Newton OS bars, Keo Cro-Mos and a Selle SMP Composit saddle. All we very good value in the UK as ProBikeKit charge 17.5% VAT on top of their prices... if you can get PBK without VAT, then I think their prices are still better, as long as they have it stock.

I purchased a frame ( Kuota KOM ) from Bellati Sport on 5/31/07 after first e-mailing Andrea if he had them in stock, in which he said he did. After placing the order , I was informed he had to get the frame from his distributor and it would take 1 week max. Andrea shipped the frame 6/11/07 AFTER I contacted him on status. The frame as of now has been sitting in US Customs @ Chicago for 15 days. Currently quite frustrated , does anyone know how to check on status , find out what the delay is or expidite process in customs. Any help would be appreciated.

I order from Bellati a complete bike Kuota Kom two months ago (Dura ace- Campagnolo Eurus)
I received at Greece-Crete-Chania after 3 weeks from my order and only 6 days from the day Andrea sends it to me, it has stay for 3 days at the Customs.
The delay for sure has to do with customs don’t worry son you go to have your frame …

That was in reference to a first post being a complaint on a 5 year old thread. It's hard to take someone seriously that does that. But I am glad that you got your issue resolved. That was wicked fast from post time to resolution.

Andrea Bellati is very good customer service and good prices.
I ordered a LOOK 586 SL.

It took a little while to get the frame (more to do with LOOK factory being able to deliver !) but all the way Andrea was very good communication and service.
